The Central Illinois Geocaching Association (CIGA) has been formed to promote Geocaching in the Central Illinois area. The club invites all to participate and welcomes attendance by everyone. CIGA membership is not required to attend events or use the CIGA discussion board. The meetings to date have been held in Normal and Peoria, IL since they are central locations for many members. CIGA currently has members from Bloomington, Decatur, Peoria, Washington, Pontiac, Champaign, Springfield and many area communities. Future meetings may be held in other cities.
Discussion Board Please sign on and register yourself as a member. We will be using the email addresses to send out announcements in the future. You may also select the 'Always notify me of replies:' option in your profile to receive an e-mail when someone replies to a topic you have posted in. We encourage all central Illinois Geocachers to use the Discussion Board to maintain communications about events and caches in our area. There is no charge to use this discussion board and you do not have to be a "dues paying" member of CIGA.
